What I do: I consider myself a writer, an illustrator, a freelance graphic designer/illustrator, a traditional artist, a tutor/trainer for hire, a video editor and a musician. My skills are most honed in the areas of cartoon drawing, figure drawing, black & white art, photo manipulation and video editing.

My Interests: In my spare time, I like to travel when I can (next stop, Toronto June 2009!), see and try new things and attempt to teach myself other languages. Currently I'm attempting to teach myself Japanese... I started a few years ago and kind of took a hiatus so I'm surprised any of it stuck! Of course I like art and lately I've been inclined to begin writing again. I should, at some point, practice on my keyboard before I forget how to do that too...
Artists I like: My favorite artist of all time is Michaelangelo.
Photographer I like: Ones that create aesthetically pleasing photographs :)
Writers I like: Douglas Adams, Steven Brust, Poppy Z Brite, Michael Moorcock
Styles I like: Almost any and all, though I'm not particularly a big fan of grafiti style art(though it can be beautiful), "pop" art or abstract art. I generally enjoy classical greek, impressionist and digital art though I can appreciate almost anything artistically.
Movies I like: Edward Scissorhands, Last Samurai, Gladiator, Battle Royale, 28 Days/Weeks Later, Monsters Inc., Shaun of the Dead & Fruits Basket to name a few.
Bands I like: Muse, Dir en grey, System of a Down, Fischerspooner, Killswitch Engage, Franz Ferdinand, Nine Inch Nails, Armin van Buuren... I could go on for a while.
Music I like: I like almost any kind of music imaginable. The playlist on my ipod ranges from Classical to Rap, Country to Japanese Metal!
Games I like: RPGs are my favorite type of game, the best of which is (of course) Final Fantasy IV! I do also like Action Adventure and "Hack and Slash" games like Devil May Cry and God of War... though I'll play pretty much anything but Madden!
